CANCELLATION
The order, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS
My Soul Crafts takes pride in quality of the products being sold, and they are exactly as described in the listings, hence we don’t offer returns and refunds. If you have any questions about the product, please contact My Soul Crafts by email mysoulcrafts@gmail.com to clarify your doubts before placing the order.
Each item gets inspected before shipping it to the customer, however if you feel that a wrong or damaged item has been delivered or an item is missing, please contact My Soul Crafts by email mysoulcrafts@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of order delivery, and describe the issue.
Please mention your:
- order number
- full name
- email ID
- explain the issue
- provide a clear uninterrupted video with no cut shots from the beginning of unpacking the parcel and showing the item/s received. The video may be uploaded on customer’s Google drive and the link shared with the seller if it is too large to be shared by email
- the seller reserves the right to request additional information.
Based on the information provided, the seller will approve or reject the return within 3 working days of having received all the required information from the customer.
Please note the important points to avoid rejection of a return:
- the buyer must contact the seller within 3 days of receiving the order
- order details and a video following the above mentioned rules must be provided
- the merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, and in the original packaging. If you have received a free gift or other item along with your order, it has to be returned along with the merchandise you are returning.
The order must be shipped back to the seller within 3 working days from the day of return approval, and shipping information of the returned order must be provided to the seller. Preferably a trackable shipping method should be used to ensure a successful delivery of your return as no refund will be given if the return order is not received by the seller.

REFUNDS
The order will be refunded in the original mode of payment if the customer has followed all the rules of the Return and Refund Policy. In case it is impossible to refund the order in the original mode of payment, a store credit in a form of a gift card will be provided.
Return shipping fee will be compensated in the form of a store gift card.
Refund will be approved within 3 working days of the seller having received the return order.
It may take up to 10 working days from the date of refund approval for the funds to be returned in the original mode of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or the credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received the refund within 10 working days from the date of refund approval, please contact My Soul Crafts by email mysoulcrafts@gmail.com and we will communicate with the payment processing company to resolve the issue.
An order lost in transit from the seller to the customer, will be refunded after the shipping company confirms the item being lost in transit. The customer has a choice between a refund in the original mode of payment and refund in the form of a store gift card.
Certain types of items do not qualify for a refund:
- custom products (such as special/custom orders or personalized items), final sale items and gift cards/gift certificates. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item
- items damaged or lost in return shipping (pack the parcel safely and use a reliable shipping provider to avoid damage or loss of the parcel)
- items missing in the order returned or wrong items returned
- items sent back without first requesting a return
- orders that have been sent back to the seller later than 3 working days from the day of return approval
