Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
For orders that require shipping:
Orders are delivered only within India.
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of receiving a complete payment for the order.
We use the following shipping methods:
- India Post
- EMS Speed Post
- Either of couriers
Shipping is free for all orders.
You will receive shipping update by email once your order has been dispatched. Some of the shipping providers automatically provide shipping update by SMS or WhatsApp as well.
Shipping speed depends on the shipping company, location, holidays etc. Usually, the orders are delivered within 3-10 working days. If you have not received the order within 10 working days from the date of order dispatch, please contact My Soul Crafts by email mysoulcrafts@gmail.com and we will respond within 3 working days with a potential solution.
It is not in our hands to speed up the shipping once the order is dispatched. The seller will not be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company due to holidays, natural disasters etc. However the seller will do everything possible to contact the shipping company, clarify the situation and find a potential solution.
If shipping company confirms that the parcel has been lost in transit, the seller will refund the order. For more details please check Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy.
If the parcel is returned to the seller due to incorrect address, phone number provided by the customer or there has been nobody to pick up the parcel, the customer will have to pay Rs 100 for repeated shipping.
Please understand that My Soul Crafts is a small business and unable to compete with the shipping speed of Amazon and other mega-sellers, however all effort is being made to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
For orders that are being self-picked by the customer:
An email with notification about order being ready for pick-up will be sent to the customer within 2-4 days of receiving a complete payment, however in most cases the order will be ready to be collected within 24 hours. The email will include instructions to be followed in order to ensure a smooth hand-over of the order.
